Project:  Full-Service Web Site Enhancements and Strategic Marketing Communication Services

Issue/Objective:  To improve the overall marketing communication efforts, including online communication/web site enhancements, Search Engine Optimization, sales process and collateral materials development and general copy and message enhancements.

TMA Services:  Cycla is a family run international professional thrift recycling company with a passion for recycling.  They have roots in the thrift store and recycling industries dating back to the 1950’s.  With more than fifty years combined employee experience they have a strong reputation in the industry for managing the flow of reusable merchandise from the thrift store to the recycler.   From clothes, shoes and fabrics, to electronics, plastics, books and DVDs, Cycla partners with its customers to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills.

TMA’s 360 degree approach for this client was full-service and included more than just applying our expertise in the online space.  We provided multiple services to help Cycla build its business: 

• Produced general messaging and copy for use in both their online and printed communication;
• Developed a sales process and time tables enabling them to introduce a new service line;
• Created a printed sales collateral package to present to their customers;
• Improved the existing CyclaLLC.com web site for ease-of use, metrics tracking, social media integration with their CRM system, as well as developed and launched a comprehensive search engine optimization program.
